battery drain?

hi all
my 1990 745 rex/regina has something draining the battery.
brand new battery charged up overnight and alt is putting out good voltage.
only driving about once a week but even after recharge batterys dead in a couple of days.
i need to determine which circuit is the problem, but im not sure where to start.
i could use some help on this one.
