Speedometer Calibration 700 1990

Hello all,
I have my dash apart and have been researching calibrating my speedometer all day. I saw a great post in the FAQ about changing out a resistor to account for the innacurate reading but 1) the picture is very blurry and 2) I think my speedometer is different.
I put a 4.10 rear end on the car and the speedometer funtions but reads too little by a factor of ~3.6
The chip on my board says BA6140A. I believe this is manufactured by a company called ROHM but I cannot find any documentation on my chip to figure out exactly which resistor to change.
I'm about to give up on this project and call it a wasted day unless anyone can give me any advice. I just don't want to start ripping resistors off this board when I really have no idea which one does what.

Thanks in advance
Sean
