overdrive solenoid replacement 900

Hello to all, all the best in the new year. Here's my situation, the overdrive solenoid on my '93 945T is leaking out of the top where the rubber boot covers the top of the solenoid. I want to replace the solenoid with a new one.
My main question pertains to the huge disparity in price for this part when you compare between IPD($190), FCP Groton($95), and a volvo dealership(over$400).
Is there a quality difference which warrants the price differences? Based on price in my opinion it's a no-brainer!
I would appreciate some opinions. Thanks in advance.
