B21f starts, runs but stalls when warm 200

Hi all.

Ok here is the story. B21f with CIS, Canadian car with no emission controls. I recently rebuilt the motor and now am having a couple issues.

The car starts ok then as it warms up the idle increases. Once the thermostat is open the car's idle begins to fall until it stalls.

I have replaced all of the gaskets, injector hold downs, and injector O-rings.

Any help would be awsome.
