Problems starting 200

For sure it's not a starter or battery problem. They are doing their best.

One cause might be a significant air leak somewhere after the Air Mass Meter, causing an excessively or borderline lean mixture due to unmeasured air, and barely letting it run. Stepping on the "gas" (actually just letting in more air) makes it go way too lean and it dies.

It might help if the stored diagnostic codes were known, as suggested below.
