91 240 brake lights 200 1991

I have a question(s) about my 91 244DL. My question is about the rear brake light on the passenger side. I have had 2 pc boards "fry" the connection to that light on the board itself. I replaced the bulb failure sensor, the brake light switch is OK, bulbs are OK, bulb holders cleaned and checked, grounds were cleaned, and I tried different brands of bulbs. The center and driver side brake lights work fine. I have come to the conclusion that I want to "hard" wire from the connectors and eliminate the PC Boards. Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated.
