A question for the motorheads out there 140-160

Thanks.. I can try to find out more on the B19ET motor. The only thing I know for sure is that in 1975 the B19A was an option on the 240 (B20 or B19, both were 2 liter) in Europe. I know because my dad bought a new 240 in 75, although he was conservative and chose the old B20.
By the way, are there any good books out there on engine tuning, not necessesarily specific to 4-bangers.
