A question for the motorheads out there 140-160

A bit off topic here, but now that the subject of the B19 has come up, I might as well get this out on the table. I have seen earlier 244 models here in Malaysia with kerb badges that say "244DL, 2.1", and some that say "244DL, 1.9", but never a "244DL, 2.0". I gather from your post that the 1.9 is a SOHC engine. Incidently, for some reason, the B20 was never offered as an option even in the 75 244s. And I am guessing that the B19 was only offered on cars that were sent to countries other than the USA. Correct?
