RWD - Hesitation @ 1000RPM.

To recap, I've gone through FAQ Slight Hesitation on Acceleration; Several Diagnostic Checks, cleaned throttle body and checked TPS/AMM connections + recently cleaned IAC.

Any further ideas? I'd like to get this fixed.
