LH 2.2 timing adjustable?

The belt is on right (checked about 3 times and even removed spark plug #1 to verify TDC).

The one bizarro thing I noticed when doing T-belt is cam roll pin was bent when I removed..? I had turn the engine over using cam gear and wondered if maybe I had done that myself.

But possibly the car timed according to the variation caused by bend in roll pin. I need to get a timing light and verify.

Harmonic balancer rubber seemed tight.
