ECU Adjustment 140-160 1971

I installed a variable pot(Radio Shack 5000 ohm if I remember correctly) in series with the coolant temp sensor along with an air/fuel ratio gauge connected to a generic O2 sensor which is mounted in the exhaust pipe close to its connection to the exhaust manifold. The variable pot is on the dashboard. All of this allows enrichment and monitoring of the mix but not leaning it out. It comes in handy when the engine in cold As it warms up just dial it back. Its not a substitute for the cold start injector. That works fine.
