Timing belt procedure question 200 1986

Hello to all. I'm all set to replace my timing belt for the first time and notice one thing in my notes. When it comes time to secure the rotation when removing loosening the center bolt by using a large screwdriver in the ring gear. The warning said not to do this procedure on LH2.4 or any car with a crankshaft sensor as this will cause damage. From what I read in my Bentley Manual says I have a LH2.2, but doesn't say anything if I have a crankshaft sensor. Do I?

Thanks in advance.
