Several dash lights on, driver window suddenly doesn't work 700 1991

I have a 1991 740 wagon, 304K miles. I started the car this evening to come home from work, several of the dash lights stayed on. Hoping it was a fluke, I turned off the car and restarted it. It started normally, but the lights stayed on. Specifically, it's the brake light, parking brake light, burnt out bulb light, service light, and battery light (I think that's it, the check engine light was NOT on). Also, when going out of the parking garage, the driver window would not go down. All the other windows work. I should note that I use the driver window daily, and this is the first time it wouldn't work. I'm assuming the window and dash light problem are connected???

Any ideas? This is the first time anything like this has ever happened. FYI, pretty much everything electrical in the car is still original. Despite the dash lights, the car ran perfectly normal.
