Insight on Regina needed 900 1993

I have a no start problem, ocassionally start reaches 700rmp and dies. The computer code that comes up is 1 2 2, singal missing from air temp sensor. The sensor is fine, resistance works and goes down with hot air. I get 5vs on one of the connectors so I am getting power to it. There is no way the sensor or wiring are bad. The code will not reset.

Also the MAP sensor is fine and working. I can not find any diagrams on the regina ecu. I am thinking the ECU is bad. Every other sensor and relays are working fine. Even checked the timming belt to see if it sheered a tooth. Nothing.
