A second seat repair question:

Any opinion on a decent brand of cheap seat covers? I've seen a fair number of cheap-o's at Auto Zone, Pep Boys, etc, and they alll look about the same on the box ("Bell" is one brand that comes to mind).

Anyone have a sense of what brand might stand a chance of fitting reasonably well?

I do not want to spent much money: less than $100 for both covers.

Thoughts on tan cloth versus tan fake leather? (meaning, does one disinitegrate after three months, or provide a leathal shock each time you get in or out of the car?).

Finally, are the Volvo head rests easily removable? I have the type that aren't solid, but that have a couple of horizontal slots. Should I just give them a good yank upward, as with the rears (which are more padded and "solid")? (sorry for the lame question: the car is not nearby as I type this).
