Sears struts will be here today S90-V90

Just left my local Sears store and my new Monroe struts will be in this pm.
Question-I have the same strut mounts and bearings that came with the car-can I get by with a new bearing for the mounts,or do I need to buy the strut mounts as well? I was a little concerned about the front coil springs as well and when checking them the other day I did not see a coil spring insolater on either the top of the springs or bottom. Should I buy an insolater to increase spring tension or just go off and buy new springs as well?
Thanks
Poolman
