1989 turbo Bertone 'Turbo Plus' wiring harness on a 1990 turbo Wagon 700

Will it fit/work? I've been told that it will BUT that there is no provision(s) for the OBD diagnostic unit connection. Correct? Can I add that feature easily, if at all? ITYIA for any information you can share with me on this.
