Front discs wont come off. 200

I've tried everything they will wiggle a bit but won't go past the ring on the hub. I've tried a sledge hammer on the back of the discs but the wont go any further. It took me half an hour to get them where they are now. I've also notice some kind of metallic grey paste on them which I can only assume is antisieze. But Probably not high temp. Also it seems one side (passenger) the pads have worn right down in 6 months. I bought Monroe brakes. The drivers side a about 30% left. Of course I know the pads need to be replaced now before I put the discs on but I figured I could get away with it until Monday.
