Why is my 960 different? 900 1996

I have not seen another 960 like mine. Vic has dark purple metallic paint (looks black except in bright lighting) and wheels that I have not seen elsewhere. Everything else about the car seems to be standard-issue for the year, except the dead foglights ;)

The wheels are 16" and have fifteen squarish holes (compared to seven triangular holes that I see all the time).

Can anyone help me out?
