B20 engine questions. 120-130

_Assuming_ that all that is on that block and tranny is original, the 8-bolt crank seals it: it's either a late (74/75) 140, or an early 240. Most probably a 140, as I'm not sure if the combination of B20, M41 and carbs was ever available in Canada in the 240. Europe got the 242/244/245L but that had the M40 and only a single carb as the really low end of the 240 range. Every 240 above that got the B21 or B23. The B20/M41/dual carb combination was definitely available for the late 140, and the 8 bolt crank dates it as a late engine, before '74 they were 6-bolt.
