Rear Calipers - New ATE E-Bay set wrong?? (or $500CDN at Volvo for reman ;<( 700 1986

Oh Nooooo!

I'm not sure if I'll get 'clearance' to visit Volvo for the $500 worth of re-built calipers. I purchased these ATE calipers on e-Bay (usually no problem) but this time I got stuck (shipping 2X costs more than the calipers). The e-Bay listing was Item number: 8030016869 with a description of

THE APPLICATION IS FOR: 1983-87 VOLVO 740 SERIES AND 760 SERIES WITH A 36 MM PISTON.

I've posted the photo in the brickboard gallery, but think I'm stuck here as these have a different bolt pattern and are quite different from what I see on mine. Mine are also quite 'past' a re-build. Were there really different rear caliper options for this model (other than piston size) or did I get sent a mislabelled part? (too expensive to send back to California likely in any event).
