looking former great seattle mechanic- ooh seattle/ ballard 200

I am in search of my mechanic in SEATTLE named (spell?) OOh like
"ooh la la!"
he is from the BALLARD wrecking yard/repair called NORTHERN EUROPEAN (auto recycler's... not the queen anne one)THis shop was sold and the mechanics and staff quit....so frustrating!!!!

If you have any information please forward either this link or my e mail to him!

ALSO....WOULD LOVE TO FIND a quality link to a good reputable "mobile" mechanic in seattle- I have a "dead on the street" 1984 wagon and need to replace the air mass meter (I THINK!)

Need advice and a detective!
