Another milky froth on the dipstick question 200 1986

I have an '86 240 sedan with 334K miles on it that runs and drives perfectly.
I have always changed the oil every 2500 miles and perform the major service every 25,000 miles with a new flame trap every 12K. Lately, I have noticed the milky froth others have mentioned and it seems to be getting worse. I'm not loosing any coolant or using any oil between changes and drive the car every day about 70 highway miles round trip. No smoke is noted from the exhaust on start up or acceleration. Any suggestions. My fuel mileage is 28 mpg.
I love this car and will do anything to keep it going so I can get my 400K mileage grille badge.

Brick on......

334K with original engine and automatic transmission.
