Timing belt component replacement check list S90-V90

I know this subject's been covered many times, but still wanted to see what current thoughts are on timing belt component replacement, re: 1996 965. I'm closing in on 150,000, getting ready for belt change. Previous owner replaced belt at 84,000, and at same time replaced tensioner roller (not tensioner), idler, front cam seals, front crank seal. I'm thinking I should replace the water pump as a preventive measure, but wondering, should I replace the tensioner and rollers? Leave them 'till the next belt?
Regards, Richard
