So bad luck runs in threes. I got 1 more.
Wednesday on the way home from work the exhaust noise went from Stock quiet to extremely noisey. I look under the car and the Entire Neck tore and pulled out of the Rear Muffler.
That’s 1.
I pull out my welder and tacked it back together. Thursday I get a new mufflerto be put on over the weekend, Drive to and from work, drive my daughter to and from Volleyball practice and get home at 10:00pm. Park the car in the driveway because I was going to use the garage to paint the new muffler.I always paint as well as add some Welding to the Necks of the mufflers, the Spot welded Necks braek their welds causing pipes to spin.
Cool, Saturday morning the paint will be dry and I can throw the new muffler on. It’s now 11:00pm.
Pull up the garage door, hop in the car. DEAD. I mean the lights on the dashboard were barely lighting. The relay wasn’t even clicking.
So that’s 2.
This is the second time I had a battery die without any warning. This battery ia a 6 year battery that only got 3 ¾ years on it.
What’s the 3rd thing that will give me grief??
I'll have it all wrapped up by 9:00am Saturday but, sheesh!
