740 GLE dersus wheels on a 240? 200 1989

A friend gave me a 1987 745 GLE wagon to strip before it went to that giant brickyard in the sky. I pulled off the four 14" dersus wheels (with 205/75 tires on them) hoping they would fit my wife's "new" car (a 1989 244 DL, with absolutely no body rust--can you believe it?).

Two questions:
1. Will the wheels fit (it seems to me that they should)?
2. Will the tires on those wheels fit (the ones on the 1989 244 right now are 205/70)?
