940Turbo Timing Belt design, worst model is? 900

OK, I've read most of the posts on 940's as well as the FAQ on buying various 9 models. A friend who is a former mechanic told me that there is one year that 940's had a little skinny timing belt that lasts 20,000 miles, and to avoid this year. He doesn't remember what year that is, and I'm not sure this is even true. I'm looking at a '92 940 Turbo wagon. What I gather is '93 to '95 are the best years. I'm concerned about the timing belt issue affecting the '92. Help?
