Motor Mounts ? Tranny Mount ? Or Both ? 200

Hello. 1987 Volvo 240 Auto. Car is making a kind of scraping, kind of crunchy noise when I accelerate and am in mtion giving gas. If I throw it in neutral then this noise stops. So thinking it was drive shaft related I looked undeneath and driveshaft coming out of tranny is not straight. It is a bit off to the side(drivers side). I then checked under hood and noticed that fan blade is no longer centered in shroud. It is off a bit(towards drivers side). So I am thinking that motor mounts or tranny mount are bad which in turn offset engine & tranny & driveshaft. There are 2x motor mounts & 1x tranny mount ? That is all I see when I look underneath. I should also note that the passenger side motor mount rubber is kind of right under the oil filter. Filter seems to be resting on it. Should I change just the motor mounts ? Or also tranny mount too ? Or maybe it is something else alltogether ? Thanks very much in advance for advice, opinions, info, and help with this.
