'91 240 Running Really Rich 200 1991

Help Please. My wife's 240 has been running really rich for some time. Up to this point it has been in two different shops several times and we have had several items changed. We have changed

fuel line pressure regulator
engine coolant temp sensor
engine coolant temp switch
airflow mass meter
fuel control module
computer

It seems to run well for a couple of days after it leaves the shop and then its back to really rich. The vacuum connections look good, but I haven't checked to see that it is holding the proper vacuum. I would think that the mechanics would check that first. If anyone out there has some insight I would really appreciate it. The car used to run perfectly fine before all this started.
