Auto Tranny Cooling Line Replacement 200

Hello All. Volvo 1987 240 Auto Tranny. Tranny cooling line is cracked. Other then thru dealer does anyone know a source of where to buy a pair of these tranny cooling lines ?? Also why are they metal end to end ? If they had hose for even just a few inches then they would flex instead of cracking/breaking. I don't think there is that much pressure that they have to be metal. Also any tricks on replacement. I have never replaced tranny cooling lines before. Do I need to drain tranny ? Thanks in advance for help, replys, info, advice.
