Still no start!! 700 1990

Just finished doing the diag with the OBD and it seems the fuel pump and radio suppression relay are not being activated. Although, i do here the injectors and the idle air control valve switch on (which tells me i'm initiating the test properly at least). The weird thing is, the pump is coming on both initially when i turn the key, as well as while i'm cranking it over. Not sure where to go from here!!!
