No start cold (fludding) 700 1991

If she's dumping too much fuel, you would need to check pressure at the fuel rail for a bad fuel pressure regulator, pump etc, and then suspect a bad ECU coolant temp sensor or connection as the next suspect. Check out the engine performance/tune section of the 700/900 faq in the pull down select link box at the top right of the page.
