When to rebuild? 200 1983

Anyone have a guess as to when an OHC redblock "should" be rebuilt in terms of age, mileage etc.? Are overhaul kits readily available for the B21/23/230F series?

'83 244 B23F/M46 with 297,631 miles. Took the head off in '99 at 200k in order to replace the headgasket and also installed fresh guides & seals. Rings, pistons and everything else original. Compression as tested in January is 130-135 psi and I go through one quart of Delo 10w30 between oil changes every 3,500 miles.

Seems to run fine for the time being, but trying to guesstimate how much life is left in this engine. Compression *is* starting to look low.
