'92 240 sedan to buy 200 1992

Hey all-

I've been an 850 owner the whole time I've been driving Volvos but I'm a relative newcomer to the 240 series. I have an opportunity to acquire a '92 240 sedan- the car is mint and has 81k miles on it (real low mileage for that vintage). It's an automatic, everything is stock on it and it's currently located in upstate New York. The original owner told me it lived the first 11 years of its life in southern Texas (which is a good thing). Asking price is $4000.

Now the real question- What are the good and bad points of '92 models?
