b18 engine rebuild 120-130

I found a pretty worn b20 in town, but it came out of a later 70s 140 or 2-something. it had a mommoth fuel injection setup on it and the mountings looked out of place. Would it be possible to toss a b20 carburated head onto it? that would probably negate any money i saved for the shipping of an out of state b20. which ive found some freindly people selling, mostly in washington. the whole thing might have to wait until mid-spring anyways due to some unforseen dental surgery. And i was soooo close.
