Moving shock mounts to the front 444-544

weeeeeeeeeeeeee!! They're free. Yes we're reusing them. We ended up cutting one lower bolt completely in two, grinding both halves at ~45 degree angles, them welding them together (so there was no bending like in John's method). It worked pretty well, I think I have pics of the process somewhere.

But even more of an accomplishment was getting the calipers mounted over the weekend; check it out, we got one (newly painted) caliper mounted on the driver's side. The last photo is the caliper mount with three of the original holes plug welded prior to drilling the new holes and painting it. The only original hole that is utilized is the lower bottom one. I'm thinking I may want to put the explanation of all the parts we used and the photo story together of this disc brake conversion? A lot of it is not covered in the articles we read. Although this site was a great help.
