960 noisy 'belt tensioner' replacement!?!? S90-V90 1997

I beleive it is called the "belt tensioner" for the external serpentine belt...I was told mine was on the outs, a long time ago, and would it eventually make noise but still function, well the time has come and that
noise is &*%#ing awful....spooky and it turns heads!!!!

Any special tricks required for this replacement?

Anyone know of cheap place to get one, assuming it was dealer only item once?
