Pop out knee bolster screw covers.
remove 2 T40 screws with cordless driver,
remove knee bolster,
reach up left side of steering wheel,
rotate relay to pop out of holder,
push plastic blade to release realy,
pull from harness,
pop in new one,
reverse actions,
then
