FUEL PUMPS 200 1989

1989 240 DL DOES THE FUEL PUMPS RUN ALL THE TIME? THE REASON I ASK IS I GET TOO MUCH FUEL IN THE CYLINDERS AND CAUSE IT TO FLOOD, FILLS THE CYLINDERS UP SO MUCH IT LOCKS DOWN THE MOTOR. TAKE THE PLUGS OUT AND TURN IT OVER AND IT SPITS OUT ABOUT 2 GALLONS OF RAW GAS, CHANGED THE INJECTORS,CHECKED THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR, GAS GOES THROUGH IT, PUT IN NEW PLUGS AND IT STARTS BUT SMOKES REALY BAD WHIT SMOKE(GAS SMOKE). DONE ALL I CAN THINK OF SOME ONE HELP ME. THANKS JOHN
