Need advice on Oil Trap and Throttle body Clean out. (Thanks B.C.) 200 1987

I just bought my first Volvo last week, it's a 1987 240 B230 with 215,000 miles on it. I noticed that there's some oil coming out from the oil cap and some around the head gasket. I have changed out the flame trap, fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs, rear differential fluid, and now I would like to get to cleaning the throttle body and the oil trap. My question is what type of chemical if any do I use and how difficult is this task to get to the oil trap.
