Timing belt install success story.....finally 200 1986

Well, after an unknown number of times crawling under the car and back out
again and getting so bummed that my first TB change didn't go as easily as everyone said it would be, I think I won out over the thing. If it goes as the test drive did for the next week, I'll feel confident it's done right, finally. After missing half a day of work, having the car towed home, I feel I still saved about $150 or so compared to what the dealer wanted for the service. Plus I know everything was tightened down.
I want to thank everyone who gave me the opinions and confidence to do this job. Five miles down, 49,995 miles to go before I have to do it again.
