I guess you are referring the little angled, mid level (not upper or lower as the other bulbs) semi imbedded bulb in that tail light? You should be able to pull that out once you locate it, w/o too much trouble, as long as you do not tear the plastic circuit sheet that provides the ground wire for that bulb. Small black socket and bulb stuck into an angled fitted hole in the taillight housing.
