Odometer/speedometer error if swap sedan & wagon cluster? 200 1988

I tried everything including the $29 gear to get my odometer working in my 1988 245 GL [automatic trans] to no avail. Fed up, I found an instrument cluster at the pnp from an '88 244 [automatic trans.] that works. What can I expect the speedometer and odometer error to be? My wagon has as close to the OE tire size as I could get: 195/75-14 Michelin Symmetry and I believe the sedans had 185/70 series tires when new. I learned [by reading this forum] the speedo cluser has a different number and is different in the respective models. Don't know if the rear axle ratios differ between a 244 and 245...
Thought I recalled a post on the instrument cluster swap from the summer but couldn't find it.
