Loose front end 200 1987

Wow...I've been having trouble steering the brick in the snow and even in the rain. Seems to lose grip on the road like I'm hitting ice patches. The car has new ball joints, inner tie rods and tie rod ends, and a new lower steering u-joint. We had some snowfall here in the Northeast today and if I didn't stay in the tire tracks cut in the snow by the other traffic I think I would have lost control.

The car needs new struts and strut mounts and probably front control arm bushings. Probably could be out of alignment also. Could these be part of the problem? Any other ideas would be appreciated.
