Automatic to Manual conversion almost complete 120-130

The m40 tranny I know isnt that good but its what I have at the moment. I'm thinking of getting a t5 tranny that I heard first good in the 122. First I will do the m40 then in a year or so do the change. Right now the car is going to be used for autocross solo II then maybe scca road racing.
