Leaky Fuel Line, Help Needed 200 1986

Hi,

I guess I just said hose, not rubber hose, but that's what I meant. Actually, I think the fuel hoses are made of Neoprene, but the idea is to slip the hose over and clamp it to a good section of the old steel line, usually further on down toward where it goes by the main pump and filter. Then, extend it to a good section of line near the axle by the join with the nylon hose.

If that is rusted too, you can go all the way up to the barb on the sender unit with the 5/16". Just cut off the nylon flush with the end of the barb because its thickness makes a good adapter to the 5/16 ID of the fuel hose. Get the "fuel hose clamps" that don't bunch up and cut into the hose.
