CD on later 960's and v90's

Any one have or can point me in a good direction for a cd rom with newer updated
diaognostics for our cars. The one that is down loaded now went to 95 before
the updated motortronis 4,-need better info -gas mileage is back down to 22 on high way again-no vacuum leaks and have put new thermistat and temp sensor in-after doing that, the mileage went up to 27-28 and now less than a month later it's back down. Them gauge shows straight up on the gauge. Noticed the wire on the hook up for temp sensor was looking a little old on the engine side-should I cut and replace the hook up there-could I be loosing a little continuity there.
