690 Wagon seat heating elements 900

My drivers seat has a thin or worn spot on the leather seat and when I use the seat heat it burns my arss! One spot on the seat gets VERY hot.

I suspect the the heating element needs replacement. Can anyone recommend the best route to take doing this job?

Thanks, in advance, Jim
