Dash Light Out 200 1990

Herb, thanks. First thing I tried was the dimmer switch, no good. Lights completely out. Also, have had the bulb failure light on for months now, and sometimes it flickers when I hit bumps, but no bulbs have been out front or back. Makes me suspect a short circuit, although the dash bulbs just went out today.
