More basic suspension bushing questions 200 1980

I've recently discovered my front bushings are so bad (1980 245), they're almost completely gone, and I've been getting the common "clunk" while driving. I've don't some preliminary research on past board posts and have an idea of what is needed, but I was hoping to gather some general opinions on the procedure, specifically how easy it is to do in a garage with standard car stands and standard tools (nothing air powered, etc).

I will probably just get rubber replacements, but I'm not sure exactly what to order online. Are there two bushings on the A-arm as well as a ball joint where the arm meets the lower suspension? Will a standard front end kit from IPD cover all 3 parts? Are there other front bushings to consider replaceing?

In addition, how hard are the rear bushings to replace? Thanks!

Jason
